Building Specifications

Offering an expansive office, a state-of-the-art garage and a shop used for equipment storage and repair, the steel building stands 30’x100’x18’ in size and boasts a tan exterior, complementing the company’s existing headquarters building.

To keep energy bills associated with the business low and employees comfortable, regardless of time of year, the facility features R-19 insulation within its walls.

Additional project attributes include a white, corrosion-resistant metal roof with a 1:12 pitch and (8) framed openings, among them (3) 16’x12’ openings, (1) 16’x16’ opening and (4) walk doors. In consideration of Denver’s variable weather and sometimes-heavy seasonal snowfall, the commercial steel building also features a 130-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load.
