The sandy brown 60’x120’x17’ pre-engineered building was constructed to be used as a car repair shop, which specializes in brakes and mufflers. ER Muffler & Brake needed a spacious warehouse-style shop to house several different parts and vehicles while still having enough room for employees to maneuver and work on various projects.

The commercial shop building is covered by a galvalume roof and contains four commercial walk doors for easy access. Scot Trennolm has owned and operated ER Muffler & Brake for over 19 years. He leases the Sunward Steel building and is very happy with the structure’s strength and durability.
