Proudly Serving Southern Massachusetts

An increasingly popular construction choice among those seeking buildings to use for retail or commercial purposes, prefabricated metal buildings stand strong in the face of moisture, pests, and severe weather. They are also inherently fire-resistant and non-combustible, which gives today’s restaurant owners peace of mind that a kitchen fire won’t send their businesses up in flames.

This particular building gives Papa John’s employees a safe, climate-controlled place to provide take-out service and prepare pizza and other offerings for residents and visitors throughout the region. Sustainable and highly customizable, steel buildings are easily enlargeable, should a business owner’s needs change, or should a retail commercial building change hands and assume new ownership.

Part of southern Massachusetts’ Bristol County, the historic and colonial city of Fall River sits along the eastern shore of Mount Hope Bay. The community lies about 52 miles south of Boston and about 18 miles outside Providence, Rhode Island.
