The building itself boasts a Stone Beige exterior, while its trim is a mix of Stone Beige and White. The corporate headquarters’ roof, meanwhile, is Dark Green in color, and it offers a 4:12 roof pitch. Additional features and customizations include (3) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (3) 3070 complete walk door systems and several enhancements added in adherence to local building codes, among them an 80-mph wind speed rating and a 60-psf snow load.
