White in color, the steel retail store features a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with matching White trim overhead, and it also boasts a large White eave gutter on two sides, which works to protect the building by funneling water away from its foundation. Additional customizations include 200 linear feet of 5” downspouts across 10 locations and (8) 11’4” skylights, which allow natural sunlight to permeate the space. Other accommodations made in adherence to building codes currently in place across the region include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 5-psf snow load.
