Steel Self-Storage Units in Mechanicstown, Ohio

Sunward Steel Buildings, Inc., was pleased to fabricate and supply this pre-engineered metal building on behalf of a customer in Mechanicstown, Ohio, in June of 2006.

Currently in use as a self-storage facility, the rugged, reliable steel mini storage building features premium-quality steel construction, resulting in unsurpassed protection for stored assets. Engineered and designed for use in the recession-resistant self-storage industry, the building features a number of separate, rentable storage units and provides a steady stream of revenue for the business owner.

A Booming Industry

Unlike many other industries, the self-storage industry thrives primarily not because of the economy, but because Americans regularly experience life events that leave them needing space to store their assets. Marriages, divorces and moves are just some of the many reasons people rely on storage space, so as long as people continue to marry, split up and relocate, the need for rentable storage space will stay relatively constant.

This particular metal self-storage building has served Ohio renters for years, providing solid, reliable protection while helping preserve the value of stored assets. Each month, the building owner collects rent from tenants, allowing him to reap the benefits of investing in real estate while avoiding many associated pitfalls.

Part of Ohio’s Canton-Massillon Metropolitan Statistical Area, the unincorporated community of Mechanicstown falls within Fox Township, in northern Ohio’s Carroll County. The area sits roughly 55 miles south of Youngstown and about 55 miles outside Akron.
