Rugged, secure and accommodating, the pre-engineered commercial steel structure boasts a clear-span design ideal for performing work and storing related equipment, and it provides a durable, climate-controlled space for company representatives to conduct operations in a region known for its distinct seasonal weather and temperature differences.

A Spacious, Functional Colorado Corporate Headquarters

In addition to giving Mountain Structures Company staff more room to store equipment and conduct operations, the steel building’s mezzanine-style office space ensures a quiet, separate area to perform administrative tasks. The facility also provides a reliable storage space for a broad range of equipment used in steel fabrication, concrete work, welding, excavation and related services.

A scenic, historic mountain community set within central Colorado’s Lake County, the town of Leadville sits not far from the banks of the Arkansas River. The town lies about 100 miles southwest of Denver and about 40 miles southwest of Breckenridge.
