Crafted from high-end steel components, Healthy Food Ingredients’ industrial headquarters stands 80’x110’x26/31’ in size and features an open, clear-span design that makes for an efficient, easy-to-navigate work environment. Overhead, a rugged, 24-guage seam roof comprised of Galvalume metal panels guards against corrosion and offers a .75:12 roof pitch, and it also features gutters and downspouts, which divert water away from the facility’s foundation, preventing damage.
The steel industrial facility also features (11) framed openings ranging in terms of size and function, and these include (5) 3070 openings enclosing (5) 3070 walk doors, (3) 12’x12’ openings enclosing (3) 12’x12’ overhead doors, (1) 16’x14’ opening harboring (1) 16’x14’ overhead door, (1) 8’x9’ opening equipped with (1) 8’x9’ overhead door, and finally, (1) 15’x15’ opening enclosing (1) 15’x15’ overhead door. The various openings ensure easy accessibility for workers and numerous options for moving goods in and out of the production space.
In addition to the unmatched strength steel construction provides, a 90-mph wind load and a 31.5-pound snow load further enhance durability given the climate demands of Valley City and the surrounding region.
