Included are (1) 12’x14’ opening, (3) 12’x12’ openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening, (1) 8’x8’ opening, (6) 4’x4’ windows, (1) 2’x2’ window, (2) 4’x2’ windows, and, finally, (1) 3’x3’ window opening. Additional accommodations made in consideration of the typical climate patterns and the heavy seasonal snowfall the area typically receives include a 75-psf ground snow load and a 130-mph wind load. The metal storage and maintenance building also boasts gutters and downspouts, which divert water away and help prevent damage related to corrosion.
