Building Specifications

Comprised of high-end steel components, this corporate warehouse features an unobstructed clear-span design and a finished size of 70’x140’x30’. It boasts a striking, Stone Beige exterior and a robust Galvalume roof with White trim and a 1:12 pitch overhead, offering unmatched strength and durability as well as reliable protection from the Florida elements.

Additional customizations include 80 linear feet of gutters to help divert rainwater away from the warehouse’s foundation, and the building also features (6) framed openings, among them (3) 12’x16’ overhead openings and (3) 3’4”x6’10” framed openings.

The metal warehouse also features a 120-mph wind speed rating; an inclusion made in compliance with local building codes and in consideration of the occasional thunderstorm and tropical storm activity that comes through the region.
