Sunward Steel Buildings, Inc., manufactured and provided this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Clermont, Florida, in September of 2003.
These days, the durable, economical steel building functions as a winery on the grounds of Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards, a 127-acre estate and production facility known for its chardonnay, pinot grigio, petite sirah and cabernet sauvignon, among other wine varieties. Florida’s largest winery, Lakeridge offers tours and wine tastings for guests seven days a week, and the property also features an onsite gift shop where visitors can stock up on fine wines, small bites (think gourmet cheese, salsas and the like) and wine-related accessories.
